Clearing 'New City' Definition Roadblocks

This project targets the wide range of definitions that have an impact on the operation of a new city formed within the boundaries of another already existing governmental body. The logic is that a definition defined a new city so why stop there. Why not also visit the myriad of definitions within a typical city ranging from codes to the delivery of community services. This project is in early formation stages. The results could create a template that can also favorably impact the quality of goverance in already existing City and County authorities both in the U.S. and other countries.
